About Dixie Buildings

Paul Brown started Dixie Buildings in 1996 as a way to spend more time working near home. His previous work had kept him away from his home and family for weeks at a time and he needed a change. Portable buildings at the time were mostly just small metal buildings that were sold as kits, but Paul wanted to offer something more. So he began to design and build his own metal and wood buildings customized to meet customer needs and wants. It didn’t take long for Dixie Buildings, LLC, to establish itself as one of the premier portable building companies in East Missiissppi and West Alabama. Customers began referring their neighbors to Dixie Buildings and the company grew fast. But Paul never forgot his original concept which was “to provide the highest quality building at a reasonable price” and in doing so he has created a long lasting and successful business. Dixie Buildings is blessed and grateful every time a client recommends their work!
